Manager Operations Control & Planning (CAPEX € 190 mio, OPEX € 450 mio). Reporting to Director Airport Operations and MT member.
Responsible for the Business and Financial Control of Airport Operations, leading a team of twelve professionals. Strong focus on Business control, efficiency measures and cost control, supporting investment decisions by preparing Business cases and involvement in Contract management. In addition responsible for an efficient and reliable scheduling of the continuous timetable for 550 employees.
Implementation of PMC P&L responsibility for Airport Operations, whereby the PMC Passenger, Airside and Baggage as core process are responsible for al direct and indirect costs (e.g. Asset Management and ICT costs).
Selection and implementation of a new software application for the scheduling of the continuous timetable of 550 employees (Ortec Workforce Scheduling).
Part of the leadership team responsible for the design and implementation of a new organizational structure for Airport Operations per Mid 2016 (from a product to a process oriented organization).
